When does my plan start?
Your plan starts the first time the eSIM connects to a network at your destination, not when you buy it.
Can I keep my own number?
Yes. Your regular SIM stays in your phone for calls and texts while the eSIM handles mobile data.
How do I receive my eSIM?
By email, right after payment. You can also find it in your account.
Can I top up?
Yes. You can add data to the same eSIM from your account or with your ICCID number.
When should I install it?
Install it before you travel while you have Wi-Fi. The plan only starts when you connect in .
Can I add more data later?
Yes. Top up the same eSIM from your account at any time.
